Paradise awaits at this beautiful, brand-new beach home in a great Surf City location! Enjoy being two short blocks away from the public beach access via the boardwalk and centrally located to shops, restaurants, and amazing local attractions. Some must-visit attractions you can find within a short drive include Surf City Ocean Pier, Topsail Touch Tank Aquarium, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, North Topsail Beach Town Park, North Shore Golf Course, and Hampstead Kiwanis Park.

When it comes to outdoor living, this beach gem boasts a grassy backyard that is perfect for outdoor entertainment! Host summertime barbecues using the provided gas grill or challenge your friends to entertaining cornhole games (there are two boards provided). The enclosed outdoor shower will be ideal for rinsing off the sand after a memorable day at the beach. If you wish to dine outdoors and enjoy the breeze, you will find a picnic table under the carport. Another great perk is the private dock available, so don't hesitate to bring your boat!

The ground level has a foyer with access to the elevator and space to store your beach items. The middle level boasts a spacious main suite with a walk-out to the sound-side deck and two additional bedrooms that have access to the front deck with a beach view. The upper level houses a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the great room, which has large windows to take in the superb views and access to the sound-side deck - this is the ultimate spot for admiring beautiful Topsail sunsets. When mealtime comes, prepare exquisite homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen that you can later enjoy at the breakfast bar or dining table. The upper level also has a fourth bedroom with deck access to view the beach. Additional perks include smart TVs, a washer/dryer, an elevator, and central AC.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Overall this was a great vacation location for our family. Plenty of space for our adults, grandchildren, Great Grandparent and dog. Short walk to sunrise on the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the back porch. Kayaking, crabbing, fishing and birdwatching out the back door. Family time in the great room. Topsail Island is perfect for anyone who is looking for ocean and beach without crowds and commotion.

House was very clean. Beautiful view and nice location! Key pad for entry did not work the entire visit, we had to call once we arrived and use a spare key.

Overall a great location.

We chose this location specifically because it had a dock, an elevator and two of the bedrooms had walk in showers. The elevator and walk in showers perfectly accommodated or needs. The dock is well maintained and has solar lighting so it is easy to access in the evenings. Lots of crabs and bait fish even if only catching for fun (catch and release). Next time we’ll bring our kayaks. Parking was more than sufficient. Beach access was an easy walk. Overall the location was great and we would rent again. The check in and check out process was super easy.

Elevator broke less than 24 hours into the stay.

Love the house and location, but the elevator went out less than 24 hours into our week, and Vacasa did not get it repaired. Not good considering we have a special needs child with mobility issues, and the house is 3 stories. Also being that grandparents who can’t do stairs were prevented from visiting the whole week made it less than a desirable outcome for our vacation, and went against the reason we booked this house for the second year.
