This wonderful, top floor family-friendly condo offers extraordinary beachfront views from every room. The living room features a leather recliner sofa as well as two inviting sofas and a TV. From here, guests can easily access the waterfront balcony overlooking the pool area. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with all the major appliances needed to prepare tasty meals and beach snacks for the gang. The adjoining dining table seats up to six people. Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer and wireless internet access. Plus, this modern condo offers guests access to the resort's family-friendly amenities, which include an outdoor pool with access to Bum's Cabana Grill that services lunch and drinks, a new arcade, basketball court, shuffleboard, a workout facility with a sauna, a new children's playground, and BBQ grills in the courtyard. You will thoroughly enjoy your vacation at this wonderful retreat!

Comfortable condo

Overall the condo is comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen. We were disappointed that Vacasa did not send maintenance to fix a toilet handle that would not work.

Great place to stay

Condo had everything we need for cooking dinner. The view is beautiful! The playground is closed due to broken equipment. The kids were disappointed but their are still other fun activities to do at the condo.

We enjoyed the condo stay for the most part! The communication was fantastic and views were beautiful. Pool access and ease of beach access was great. There were some issues with a broken toilet handle as well as uncleanliness in the bathtub. However, if those two things are addressed, it would be a fantastic stay! Overall, not bad at all!

An excellent option

Overall an excellent option. The complaints I read prior to going seemed trivial. The beds are firm but comfortable. Appliances are all good. Towels and linens are nice. The condo is much larger than expected. Tons of room for our family of 4. The kitchen is a bit small but plenty functional. My primary complaints are with the condo amenities. The gym is very small and in poor condition. The on site restaurant has odd hours and was not all that great. The facility is “non smoking” but sitting on the balcony anytime of the day I had to deal with multiple people in neighboring areas smoking which was a bummer.

Excellent for Families

We had a wonderful time here. Couldn’t have asked for better weather, which always helps. The condo and location were great! The condo itself was very comfortable for our family of 5. The view is so relaxing. On property is a game room, ice cream/coffee shop, a couple restaurants, fitness center, pool, playground with new pirate ship, basketball/pickle ball court, boccie ball, large checkers, and small putting green. All of that in addition to the beach, of-course. Just a mile walk to the end of the island. Sharks teeth everywhere. Great getaway for a family. We went kayaking in the Permuda Island Reserve. Would recommend when it’s not too windy and the current isn’t bad. Overall a great time! One thing that would be helpful is some kind of instructions for checking in/out in the unit. When we got there at 4:00 the cleaners were still there cleaning. Very nice ladies. They left a plaid bag we weren’t sure what to do with and left it in the hall. Security told us we had to remove it. When we were leaving we weren’t sure if we needed to strip the beds, or what to do with the towels or dishes. Vacasa responded with what to do with sheets and dishes, but not towels. A book with area attractions and maybe a property map would be helpful as well. We managed by exploring the property and Google. We hope/plan to be back here next year!!
