Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two-bath home occupies the entire top floor of a large duplex. Highlights include a completely remodeled interior, a gleaming kitchen, and a convenient home office. Make use of the grill in the shared backyard, then gather on the front porch to share stories of the day's adventures. Top it all off with a dip in the shared pool!

Unwind in the open living area, featuring casual-chic decor and a smart TV. Gather in the family room where a sleeper sectional and a smart TV await. Host a movie night here, or play games at the adjacent table. Between the living area and the family room, the nautical-themed home office provides a desk and a quiet place to check email or plan the day's activities. Prepare hearty meals in the gleaming kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge. Keep the chef company while perched at the center island. When dinner is served, there is a formal dining area. Sip a crisp drink on the covered front porch while settling in relaxing seating. We had several issues that caused discomfort during our stay, like water damage in the oceanfront bedroom, a broken laundry closet door, and only 7 forks for our group of 8, but overall it was a nice stay. Close to the bridge, walking distance to coffee and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach.

Perfect house location

This house met all of our needs. It was clean, had linens, extra towels, and the perfect location. Loved the communication with Vacasa. Easy check-in and check-out. Beautiful deck and deck furniture to enjoy the ocean view. The only thing missing was a grill. But, we did enjoy the local restaurants. The family concurred that this was our favorite place so far. We will definitely be back.

Short stay on the beach

Very nice unit in an ideal location for those who like a quiet beach. The view from the deck was very nice and beach access on the boardwalk was perfect. In general the unit is well-maintained and in good repair. Bathroom fittings (TP holder, towel bars, etc.) could use updating though. One was broken and others were loose.Early season made access a breeze - close to the causeway and several good restaurants.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful week. Even with the storm. Everything was clean and neat. We even got a visit from the new owners who welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The porch overlooking the ocean was wonderful and the moon was gorgeous over the ocean. Wonderful location and would stay again.
