This is a delightful condo in the desired west end of OIB. Our stay was perfect, as we were fortunate to have amazing weather. The exterior updates to the complex are quite an improvement.

Condo was exactly like advertised and easy access to the beach. I would recommend this condo to other travelers. Joanne was availble if we needed any help. Our living room had an ocean view and we could hear the calming waves.

This was a last minute reservation for us. Our first condo in another location did not work out. Booked on Saturday and checked in on Sunday. Joanna was very responsive and let us know the specifics of the property to be sure it would suit our needs. The unit was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool area has recently been renovated and is awesome. An exterior renovation is almost completed and is beautiful.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We loved the location, the balcony was our favorite place to relax. The beach access was perfect & beds & bath we roomy & comfortable. Loved the kitchen had a keurig & regular coffee. Our host was fabulous too! Excellent communication!

Excellent communication with host! Great view from balcony and SO close to the beach - just down the elevator and 2 min walk on boardwalk to the sand!! Great location!! close to restaurants, shops, mini golf, ice cream, açaí bowls, etc. EASY 5 min walk to Le Volte restaurant - delicious calamari/tuna tartare/filet and fantastic drinks!! I wish we had reservations there every night! And the 3 days we were there were Iced Coffee and Italian Ice (mango!!) carts rolling up and down the beach - so convenient!!!

The location was excellent! Really enjoyed the ocean/beach view from the living room or the balcony, and just a short walk to the beach was perfect. Enjoyed watching the sun come up every morning. The accommodations were nice and clean. Just right for two people.

This oceanfront condo has beautiful views and is very comfortable. Nice location on Ocean Isle…quiet area but close enough to restaurants. We hope to return to this condo in the future. Also the host was very responsive to all questions.

Great stay with an amazing view. Would love to come back when the building is done being remodeled. My only complaint - which is not the owners fault - there is a giant bright light that shines through the master bedroom window at night that made sleeping difficult for my toddler. They did have room darkening curtains which helped.
