RARE FIND! Two story oceanfront, 3 outdoor spaces.

Come relax and enjoy the sunny vistas from this fabulous two-level beachfront condominium on the west end of beautiful Ocean Isle Beach. Feel the refreshing ocean breeze and take in great views from three different outdoor spaces attached to the unit. The covered balcony off the den and the sundeck off the upstairs master suite feature relaxing ocean views with seagulls and pelicans flying overhead and dolphins swimming by just off the sandy beach right in front of you. The back of the second level offers a covered porch with a view of Sunset Beach, Tubbs Inlet, and spectacular sunsets in the evenings.

The elevator will make loading/unloading quick and easy. The first of two bedrooms on the first level has two double beds, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite half bath. A full bath with a tub/shower combination is convenient to both bedrooms. Also on the first level are a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper level is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite including a jacuzzi tub/shower combination. For your convenience, the upper level has a full sized washer and dryer. Each bedroom, as well as the den, have ceiling fans, TVs and DVD players for your enjoyment. There is also WiFi access throughout the entire unit.

Things to Know Before You Book: Please note that the bed linens and bath towels are not provided. Guests should bring their own sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels. This helps keep costs lower, ensures everyone has fresh, personal linens, and reduces laundry turnaround times between bookings. We are happy to share the names of linen providers who can deliver and pickup directly from the condo. Many guests find this option easy and cost-effective.

If you need to take a break from playing in the waves or swimming in the large complex pool (avaialble seasonally), you can play golf at one of many nearby golf courses. Both Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are only 50 minutes away and offer many entertainment options. You can enjoy fresh seafood at Calabash, NC which is only 10 miles away. Multiple grocery stores are conveniently located just across the bridge on the mainland.

Property was not clean - we were also required to buy our own linens, blankets, towels etc. flying in from out of state and learning we also had to purchase everything else on top of what you normally expect was disappointing. Advertisement did not say this. The unit was also dirty. Pictures were sent to VRBO with no response still.

Girls get away and celebration of a wedding

This was a perfect place as our friends wedding was at the venue next door. Great area and house was perfect size with great views. Jason was great tonwork with and would visit again. Highly suggest staying here.

See wildlife from the balcony

Besides being on a lovely quiet beach we saw a wild fox family, rare birds like the red knot and a turtle make its way to the sea.

Awesome condo !

This condo is exactly what pics show. With 2 full outdoor balconies, one shade, one sun & also a open air room to view the sunsets makes this condo very special. Plenty of room to spread out inside and enjoy. The condo location is awesome ! Loved our stay here. Beach access terrific. Gorgeous beach.

Great Beach Condo

Had a special mini-vacation with my 96 yr old dad. Wanted to give him a change of scenery, and we were not disappointed! We loved having the view of the ocean. The unit was perfect- great amenities. It was a memorable weekend!

Group of four from Upstate NY had a fantastic time! Location couldn’t be any better, ocean front with only steps to the sand. Views from condo were beautiful. Condo as described and storage unit had necessary items for beach. Will definitely be going back!

I will start with the fact we would rent this condo again! We have stayed in many rentals between beach and mountain vacations that we have developed a list of “what’s working” and opportunities for enhancements. Working:-The space is fantastic! We loved the 2 level floor plan. It gave us parents a sense of privacy, but I’m sure the kids appreciated not hearing us moving about also in the mornings. -We loved all of the balconies ! Although, surprisingly, we used the master balcony least. The kids loved the front baloney for game play in the evenings. Unfortunately, we only caught one sunset and the clouds became a factor.-Easy beach access!-Loved the deer and fox sightings! And deer running down the beach!-Ample Parking.-Beds were comfortable.-Loved the additional half bath…we are accustomed to condos in this area having just 2 full baths.Opportunities:-I let the host know in advance that renting linens was new to us. We have never rented linens on a mountain vacation and we take at least 4-5 trips a year. It was easy and not too expensive, so it worked out.-The starter items were not great. Thankfully, we brought a good base supply and the host encouraged renters to leave items behind, but I was surprised on the lack of starter items based on the suite of amenities we have received in the past.-Labels on cabinets help tremendously when you are a renter!-The items in the storage closet are outdated. Location location location

We loved staying here and would gladly do so again! Owner easy to communicate with and helpful. Only small issue was we saw one or two palmetto bugs while we were there. Not uncommon at all I know. The views from the front two balconies really are stunning. The marsh view in the back a bonus. Ease of access to the beach cannot be beat! Thank you Jason!

OIB Beautiful

I can’t say enough about this property or the owner. Wonderful place, weather, beach and experience. Easy to work with exactly as described and contributed to an awesome vacation. From watching the dolphins, pelican and shrimp boats with morning coffee to sunsets, stars and the sound of the ocean at night it was perfect. Condo was clean and well stocked had everything we needed to make life easy. Thank you for the memories Patty.

Wonderful Beach Get Away

I could not have asked for a better location. The rental was super nice, well decorated and clean. Beach location could not have been better, not super crowded and the waves were perfect - just right for play/cooling off. The rental was well stocked and communication with the host was the best I have experienced - quickly responsive, helpful and informative. We spent most of our days on the beach, but did spend one day in the pool - it was not crowded and was super clean. We also used the community grills, they were in good condition. Over all it was an ideal beach get away during the week of the 4th of July - we could easily view the Ocean Isle fireworks right from the balcony! I highly recommend and will definitely seek out this rental if we return to Ocean Isle in the future.

Awesome view

Our son was getting married at a venue which was right next door which we didn’t realize when we booked but so convenient. Our place was great, there were 6 of us and had plenty of room. My favorite part was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. The view is outstanding. The owners communicated very well by text or phone. We had 1 minor issue and they fixed it immediately. We loved it and would absolutely go back. Thank you so much

Summertime in December

We have stayed in the Windjammer complex for the past twenty years. The weather was going to be unseasonably warm so my husband and I booked the 3N unit last minute and it did not disappoint! The bedroom balcony and the Tubbs Inlet open porch were awesome added bonuses. Would definitely rent this unit again for our entire family!! WE ALWAYS ❤️ OIB!!

What a location

We spotted Windjammer condos last year at our first OIB vacation and chose it for its waterfront position, grounds, pool and of course the beach, so we booked it this year and were very pleased. The building is not large and difficult to ingress/egress, the elevator made moving our luggage, etc. very easy. The condo is so spacious, with 2 balconies on the ocean and a covered porch facing the opposite side of the island and marsh as well as spectacular sunsets. Communication with the owners was swift and settled our questions. We will return.

TOUGH WEEKEND

ARRIVED ON THURSDAY TO FIND THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER. THE ELEVATOR WAS ONE REASON THAT WE CHOSE THE WIND JAMMER.ON FRIDAY DUE TO SOME VERY COLD WEATHER A WAGTER LINE BURST AND DRAINED THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WHICH ACTIVATED ALL THE ALARMS INT THE BUILDING WE WERE NOT WARNED AS THE WORK CREW CORRECTED THE PROBLEM.MY WIFE AND HAD TI CARRY ALL OUR BELONGINGS UP 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS (I AM 74 ND SHE IS 68).WE HLEWARNED THAT THE ELEVATOR HAD BEENDONE FOR TWO DAYS PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE BUILDING OWNER SHOULD ALERTED ALL SCHEDULED ARRIVALS OF THIS. WE LEFT THIS MORNING 01/28/25 THE ELEVATOR IS STILL NOT WORKING.OTHER THAN THIS WE HAD A GREAT TIME.THANKS FOR ASKING.

Needs TLC

The ocean/beach views were as advertised and everything in the Unit worked, including the awesome dual purpose coffee maker. Unfortunately, the Unit needs a deep clean and furniture replaced. The Owner of the Unit was extremely responsive and did all he could to address items like shower curtains covered with mold and had the cleaner come back to address a few items. The Unit has a lot to offer but I would not go back in its current condition. Based on my follow up with the Owner, the current condition will not last very long. Once this Unit receives the cleaning and TLC it deserves, it will be a awesome rental with incredible views.

Quiet Building and Location

This was our first experience visiting Ocean Isle Beach. It was great! This building is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The view from both balconies was amazing. We spent hours during the week just sitting on the lower balcony with a glass of wine listening to the ocean and watching the Brown Pelicans fishing. The room was very spacious for only 5 people. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked several dinners in the condo. Plenty of TVs for the kids to get a few minutes away from each other when necessary. The pool was a good size for the complex with both lounge chairs and tables with chairs. (Tip: Use your own umbrella in a table for some shade on a “pool day.”) The condo is not walkable to the shops and restaurants on the island. However, it is an easy drive to the fishing pier, stores, ice cream shops, mini golf, restaurants and even a playground with splash pad. Highly recommend Pete’s Sweets (by Subway) on the main land for ice cream and fudge. Overall, this was a great condo in a great location with great amenities. We would be happy to stay there again.
