This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen with 6 appliances, bedroom with a Casper queen size mattress & bathroom with a shower and tub .



We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 5-7 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.

You have full private access to the unit and a wonderful full-size gym within the property.

Residential neighborhood in the heart of it all. Walking distance to The Public Gardens, Scotiabank Centre, The Commons, Citadel Hill, Natural History Museum, Halifax Common Aquatics Facility & Halifax Waterfront just to list a few.



Steps from all major bus routes to get you around the city. There is indoor parking for a fee.



There is even a delicious bakery and coffee shop less then a 2 min walk from the property.



Getting Around:

Walk, bike, take public transit, taxis or uber is all available. There is limited free street parking around the building and paid ($25 / daily) indoor parking available.



Getting around the city is very easy and most things are within a few minute walk from the property.

Lovely and bright. Host was very responsive and on site contact was very friendly and helpful. The pictures do not do it justice as it was much brighter and very clean inside, from the lobby to the room. We are seniors and easily walked to the harbour with shops and restaurants. Very happy and would recommend to friends and family. Excellent experience.

Lovely new apartment in a well-managed building. The check-in was seamless. Having Rose meet us in person was so helpful. She showed us around the apartment and gave us advice about the neighbourhood - including a recommendation for a wonderful bakery. The apartment was very clean - and I have a high bar. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. The water feature on the fridge and ice in the freezer were nice hydration perks. The air conditioning was very effective. We enjoyed the fluffy white towels and nice cotton sheets. The bathroom was small, so if you’re someone that likes to do complex hair and make up, you will need to be creative with counter space. The apartment building was quiet, with the exception of Saturday night noise from the bar lineup up the block. The area is central. We had a great three night stay!
