With 3 bedrooms offering a variety of bed sizes (and the ability to sleep up to 10 people) a nice bathroom with a bathtub, and essential amenities like heating and AC, guests will find their stay enjoyable and welcoming. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this space is perfect for a relaxing retreat with the view of the Bridger mountains by the hot tub and fire pit oasis. We look forward to hosting you at our place. This is a basement apartment with a private entrance and a private dedicated outdoor patio with a fire pit and hot tub! Enjoy amazing views of the Bridger Mountains while relaxing by the fire 🔥

It has 3 spacious bedrooms and 6 beds (one king, one queen, one twin bunk bed and one full bed with a twin trundle underneath). The living room sofa also converts to a bed for extra sleeping space. One large bathroom with a towel warmer and luxury towels. Each bedroom is welcoming with a comfy bed and private tv. If bed sharing and counting the couch you can sleep 10-12 people in this unit, making it very affordable for larger groups!

Each bedroom has curtains and/or blackout blinds.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, plug-in cooktop, a plug in toaster oven (instead of a stove) and a Keurig coffee maker. In the hallway closet you’ll find a full size all in one washer/dryer available for use during your stay.

Walking distance to downtown Belgrade, a park, and right by the airport - you won’t find a more convenient location!

Please note this is a basement apartment meaning you are underneath other people. You will likely hear the other tenants which may include children and pets. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Outside of that time people may be home and you may hear them. We are also right by the airport so occasionally you can hear planes. There are fans and white noise machines in the basement free to use during your stay to help with any sound if needed. If you have an early departure and wish to extend the quiet hours, just send a message and we would be happy to accommodate. ANY early check in or late check outs will be automatically charged a $75 fee if you don’t ask / schedule this beforehand. Sometimes we have tight turn around and staying late or arriving early without asking makes it different to properly get the unit ready for the upcoming reservation.

This location was extremely clean. There's a few little things that need assistance. The bathroom, has no hair dryer, but it has a towel warmer. Not sure that should have been the priority. The first bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. You cannot open the door to get into the bedroom without hitting the bunk beds. There is no room for those bunk beds. They should never have been put in there. The big bedroom has a King size bed. But there's no door unless you are shutting everybody out from using the bathroom. The third bedroom has a very small double bed and is extremely uncomfortable. I know that is a personal preference. The kitchenette, no stove only a small hot plate. But this location is supposed to accommodate 10 people. It does not have enough plates and silverware for 10 people. In a pinch, I would use this location again. However, there are some extremely inexpensive fixes that could be accomplished to make it even better. The kids upstairs do make a little bit of noise, however, the quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. and they are very good about staying within those bounds.

I think the space was beautiful, very comfortable and clean. My family and I all had 2 good nights sleep. I struggled to communicate with the host. I messaged the host when I first booked the listing and never received a response. I messaged the host again when we arrived because I couldn’t find instructions for check in and check out. No response. The first day of our stay we were in the 3 bedroom apartment taking a nap as we were all tired from traveling the night before. There was a barking dog that could be heard throughout the apartment. The sound was coming from a locked door in the hallway that must lead to another unit on the premises. After 2 hours of barking, I messaged the host, 20 minutes later there was no response. So I called the host at the number Vrbo provided. No answer. I was also unable to leave a message because the voicemail box was full. The next day the dog barking continued all morning up until we left. If the dog barking had prevented sleep I would be making a much lower rating. Ultimately we slept well at night. But I would have liked to be acknowledged by the host. For the price I do want to feel like if I have a question or a concern I will at least get a response.

You guys should really put a stove in there. We really wanted to cook dinner. But overall it was so nice to hang out with my coworkers in the hottub. We had an absolute blast!! Thank you!!

I do not advertise there is a stove. I am very honest about the space and explain everything in the listing. Unfortunately installing a stove would require an electrical outlet to be installed which would require drywall demolition and then replacing everything that was torn into to put in an outlet. We are taking about thousands of dollars to do so. Since there isn’t a full kitchen this unit is priced lower. If you are looking for certain things where you stay I would be sure you read full descriptions before booking.
