It has 3 spacious bedrooms and 6 beds (one king, one queen, one twin bunk bed and one full bed with a twin trundle underneath). The living room sofa also converts to a bed for extra sleeping space. One large bathroom with a towel warmer and luxury towels. Each bedroom is welcoming with a comfy bed and private tv. If bed sharing and counting the couch you can sleep 10-12 people in this unit, making it very affordable for larger groups!

Each bedroom has curtains and/or blackout blinds.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, plug-in cooktop, a plug in toaster oven (instead of a stove) and a Keurig coffee maker. In the hallway closet you’ll find a full size all in one washer/dryer available for use during your stay.

Walking distance to downtown Belgrade, a park, and right by the airport - you won’t find a more convenient location!

Please note this is a basement apartment meaning you are underneath other people. You will likely hear the other tenants which may include children and pets. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Outside of that time people may be home and you may hear them. We are also right by the airport so occasionally you can hear planes. There are fans and white noise machines in the basement free to use during your stay to help with any sound if needed. If you have an early departure and wish to extend the quiet hours, just send a message and we would be happy to accommodate. ANY early check in or late check outs will be automatically charged a $75 fee if you don’t ask / schedule this beforehand. Sometimes we have tight turn around and staying late or arriving early without asking makes it different to properly get the unit ready for the upcoming reservation.
