Shores of Panama 1708 is a spacious and modern condominium that has a cozy interior area, plush bedrooms, and proximity to all of the fun nearby activities. One of the main perks of this rental is the outdoor space and shared amenities. Unlike hotel rooms, where you may or may not have a view — and you definitely don't have envious amenities! — the outdoor space of this property is perfect.

The Shores of Panama features a private outdoor balcony on the 17th floor with incredible views of the bright blue water, white sand beaches, palm trees, and the surrounding area. You can sit out here in the morning and sip a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine and reminisce about the day.

Another fun thing to do in your free time is head to the large and spacious pool that is perfect for teaching your kids how to swim, perfecting your strokes, or getting in a good workout in the afternoon. The crisp and refreshing water is great for avid swimmers!

Bedroom accommodations are the best! We have 2 master bedrooms with king beds, luxurious linens, and en suite bathrooms. The bunk bedroom has a door for privacy with twin/twin bunks and brand new premium beds and bedding. There is a half bath in the hallway. The queen size sleeper sofa in the living area allows this beauty to sleep 8. The views from the balcony are amazing!

***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
