La Llosa Rodré, rural apartments

Each apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen-dining room and bathroom. There are two beds in each of the bedrooms of the ground floor apartment and in the one on the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and another with a double. An extra can also be added if necessary.
We have a library with a good collection of books to enjoy reading for both adults and children, as well as information about our region, not only in books, but also in brochures and magazines.
There is a large shared garden with garden furniture. It also has its own parking.

Wonderful home and host

Montse is such a friendly and helpful host. I loved the family atmosphere and glorious gardens. The apartment had everything we needed and loads more besides. Above all it’s ideally located for visiting so many places. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. We will certainly come back here next time we are in Asturias.

Erg warm welkom, prettig appartement

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement was schoon en is smaakvol ingericht. Wij hadden de verdieping (er is ook een appartement op de begane grond) hetgeen overigens bij het boeken ons niet bekend was. Verder is een erg mooie tuin aanwezig!

Excelente opción

Magnífico apartamento con una excelente ubicación a escasos 20 o 30 minutos de ciudades como Gijón, Oviedo o Avilés. Entorno muy tranquilo de fácil acceso. El apartamento es muy amplío, con facilidad para aparcar. La propietaria super amable. Sin duda es una opción muy recomendable y si tenemos oportunidad, repetiremos.

Ha sido una estancia 10. Por todos los motivos: por la casa, estupenda y con un jardín fenomenal; por la anfitriona, Montse, encantadora y siempre pendiente; y por la ubicación de la casa, en un punto estratégico para disfrutar de buena parte de Asturias. Mi hijo de 7 años ha disfrutado mucho con Molly y Duncan, los perros de la anfitriona, muy bien educados y muy juguetones. Volveremos y recomendaremos la casa sin duda.

Very well kept property. Quite close to road so some road noise, Easy to find from instructions. Sleeps 4 but sofa does not hold 4 and no arm chairs. Tv very high up on wall so difficult to see. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay Montsarrat could not have ebbs more helpful

Very beautiful and quiet place

We had a very pleasant experience. Montserrat gave us a very warm welcoming and a lot of information and tips about Asturias. Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of this as we only stayed for 2 days. The house is situated on a green hill and has a big beautiful garden. Having your morning coffee there it's just peacefully. The dorms are very nice, modern furnished but keeping the rustic feeling. We'll most likely be back another year to visit the area properly. Thank you Montserrat!

Gran estancia y relación calidad/precio

Nuestra estancia durante 3 días / 2 noches fue inmejorable. La casa cuenta con 2 apartamentos totalemente independientes (uno en un piso superior y otro inferior) cada uno de los cuales tiene una capacidad de 4/5 personas. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el baño está muy bien equipado y limpio y la zona del comedor/cocina es muy amplia y están muy bien equipada. La zona del jardín es perfecta para una barbacoa y para estar relajado y tranquilo. El trato por parte de Montse fue perfecto, siempre ofreciendo ayuda para cualquier tema y siendo muy agradable. Este alojamiento es muy recomendable y con la mejor relación calidad/precio.

El prau soñado

Empezando por su propietaria, siguiendo por lo bonita, cómoda y acogedora que es la casa y terminando por su localización y entorno, esta casita rural es totalmente recomendable. Decorada con muy buen gusto y todos los detalles. Muy cómoda y con excelente calefacción para cuando hace frío. La finca es muy bonita, verde como toda Asturias. Su localización es ideal para hacer un pantallazo de la región ya que Oviedo, Gijón y Avilés no están a más de 10 km. Mención aparte merece Montse, su propietaria, una persona fantástica de las que ya no se encuentran. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.
