We live in Chapel Hill, NC, but our second home in Massanutten, VA is where we unwind. We fell in love with the mountains—the crisp air, endless hiking trails, and that peaceful feeling that settles in the moment we arrive. Some great memories have been made here: hiking through the Shenandoah Valley, sipping coffee on the deck, running Spartan races or laughing around the fire after a long day outdoors. Hosting allows us to share that same sense of joy and calm with others. Our home was designed as a modern mountain retreat with a vintage ski lodge twist—a place where guests can come together, relax, and have fun without ever leaving the property. It features a state-of-the-art golf simulator, hot tub, sauna, seasonal cold plunge, putting green, arcade games, pool table, and an open theatre-style movie area with a popcorn machine. Outside, guests can enjoy a fire pit, grill, outdoor dining, and a s’mores bar under the stars. Every space is thoughtfully designed and professionally styled for comfort and connection, making it perfect for families, couples, or friends’ getaways.
