Nestled in the waterfront community of Bayville Shores in Selbyville, Delaware, this home offers a peaceful coastal retreat with manicured grounds and scenic views of Assawoman Bay.
Guests enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a large community pool with sundeck, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, beach volleyball, stocked catch-and-release lakes with fishing piers, a boat ramp and kayak launch, playground, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and miles of paved walking and biking trails.
Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches are just 2.5 miles away (about a 5-minute drive), making it easy to spend your days by the ocean. The award-winning Bayside Resort Golf Club is located directly across from the community entrance, and the popular Freeman Arts Pavilion outdoor concert venue is less than a mile away — offering the perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and coastal entertainment.

- Free Linens & Towels will be provided, Please bring your own beach towels.
- Maximum of 8 guests.
- Primary renter must be 25 or older, and must be present at the home during the entire stay. Please be prepared to show ID upon arrival.

- Guests have access to outdoor pool and fitness center. Fobs must be left in the home at time of departure to avoid being charged a replacement fee of $150. These amenities are controlled by the HOA and hours of operations are subject to change without notice.
