YOUR SPACE & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This 55 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests in total, including children. It includes one bedroom, a living area, one bathroom and a balcony, with one queen bed and one single bed.

The balcony has a table and chairs for coffee, reading or laptop work. There is also a sofa and TV in the living area. The apartment is for your private use.

KITCHEN, LAUNDRY & EVERYDAY COMFORTS
Prepare simple meals with an electric stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, cookware, tableware and basic seasonings. An in-apartment washing machine and detergent make everyday laundry convenient. A nearby coin laundry has a dryer.

Free Wi-Fi via a fixed router, TV, air conditioning and heating are provided. The bathroom includes a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Towels and toothbrush sets are supplied; toiletries are not replenished during your stay.

LOCATION & GETTING AROUND
Stay in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, south of Seoul, with local shops, cafes and restaurants for everyday essentials. Lotte Department Store Ansan is within a five-minute walk.

Jungang Station serves Subway Line 4 and the Suin-Bundang Line, with Line 4 connections to Seoul Station. Allow time to reach the station, wait for trains and travel onward in Seoul. Check a route planner for your destination and departure time. Hanyang University's ERICA campus is approximately 10 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

PARKING
Parking is paid; free parking is not provided. Building parking is open 24 hours at KRW 1,000 per 30 minutes, with a daily maximum of KRW 20,000, payable by credit card only. EV charging is available in the building. Nearby public parking is another option. Check posted rates and operating hours.

SELF CHECK-IN & HOUSE RULES
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon, Korea Standard Time (KST). Requests for other arrival or departure times must be arranged with the host in advance and are subject to availability.

Self check-in instructions are sent through Vrbo three days before arrival. For bookings made within three days of arrival, instructions are sent after booking confirmation. Wi-Fi details are near the TV.

Daily cleaning and towel exchange are not provided. Pets and parties are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors and permitted only on the balcony.
