Newly built villa (built in 2015) in turn of the century style with a sea view. To the house belongs a private pier with swimming facilities. It is a top quality house with all comforts. Total area approx. 220 sqm.

Kitchen / Dining Room: Kitchen and dining area with classic glass veranda with sea view. Large dining table with seating for 10 people. Induction cooktop, oven, micro, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and espresso machine. Patio with barbecue right next to the kitchen with afternoon and evening sun.
Living room: 2 sofas, 55” TV and Apple TV. Covered porch with sea view and morning sun, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun.
Bathroom 1: WC and shower (overhead and hand shower). Electrical towel dryer. Classic bathroom with painted walls. Shower space and floor in Carrara marble.
Laundry room: Miele washing machine and dryer as well as drying cabinet. Separate second entrance.
Bedroom 4: 1 bed (105x210 cm)

Private access to the ocean and bridge with electric sauna at the seaside. Possibility to access the property with your own boat.

Resarö gives visitors convenient access both to the archipelago and to Stockholm city (30 min by car, 35 min by bus or about 1 hour with Vaxholm boat). Vaxholm is an old charming archipelago town (5 km from Resarö) which has a wide range of small shops and restaurants. The city also serves as a focal point for several archipelago boats. Within walking distance there are several swimming areas, ICA shop which is open every day between 8 am-21 pm, restaurant / pizzeria, tennis courts and boules.
