Please do not make the beds that have been slept in so we know which beds were used. Additionally, if rollaway bed or travel crib were used, please leave out and open.

Please pile all used towels in the bathtub or shower.

Please make sure hot tub jets, lights, and waterfall are turned OFF and hot tub cover is on. Please ensure that the propane tanks on the grill and fire pit are turned OFF.

This rental was above all my expectations. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub was enjoyed all week. Patio area was used a lot. Adult kids loved the pool table and outdoor games. Extra fridge in garage was perfect for extra drinks. Plenty of toilet paper, Garbage bags, dish soap ect....i usually expect to have to buy more of all of this but never ran out. I definitely recommend and would stay here again if we get back to this area!

Loved our stay in Arvada! We spent the week with our son, my parents and our 2 dogs. We worked remotely so the desks and monitors were a nice add for us. The house is exactly as pictured. The fenced in yard was bigger and more private than expected - perfect for our dogs. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the hot tub, yard games and basement games & toys. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the 3 living spaces. Katie was very responsive with any questions we had. Arvada was a great city/home base - a quick drive to Golden and Denver. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Denver area!

The home was even better than the pictures online. Beds were comfy and rooms were bright and very clean. Home was clean and comfy, a perfect setup for a family with little children. Plenty of space to feel set apart or be together whichever you prefer. Plenty of toys for the kids as well as the adults. Weather was extremely hot so we did not use the hot tub as much as we would have liked but it was clean and had a large screen TV. We could not get the fire pit to work, May have been out of gas or maybe we were doing something wrong but again, it was super hot so not a huge loss. Communication with Katie was excellent. She allowed us early check in and late check out to match our travel itinerary. We understand that this is not always possible and were grateful for her being so accommodating especially since we had little children. Location was awesome, 4 min from a King Super and 10 min from downtown Arvada, 20 min to downtown Denver and Golden. Our stay was short but wish we could have stayed longer. Overall would rate this trip a 5 Star!!!!

The house and host were great! Clean home and great location. The basement had so many fun amenities for our older kids, as well as toys for younger kids. The hot tub was easy to use and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and all of the drawers and cupboards were labeled so it was easy to find everything. Check-out duties were easy. I would recommend this property to large families with children.
