The downstairs has a shuffleboard, poker table, arcade table and big screen TV. The back patio downstairs has a hot tub that overlooks the lake. Every room has a Smart TV. High speed fiber optics internet is available. This property includes a fully stocked chefs kitchen with gas stove and oven along with a plumbed Kuerig coffee pot. Downstairs there is a wet bar with ice maker, additional coffee pot, microwave and under the counter fridge that makes this home great for multi families. Outdoor gas grill available to use. There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board available to use as well as a ping pong table in the garage. The upstairs and downstairs has a gas fireplace. There is a closet full of games for family fun! Rain or shine you’ll have plenty to do. Home is nestled in the trees with lots of privacy and has stunning views of the lake. A neighborhood boat ramp is available.
