Enjoy fresh Arizona mountain air during your stay at PINE SPRUCE LODGE, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental cabin in PINETOP. Featuring easy access to outdoor recreation this cozy cabin is ideal for 3 couples or a family of 6.
Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the covered decks before heading out for a hike or a day spent at the nearby Sunrise Ski Resort.
The Pinetop Community offers walking trails at nearby Woodland Lake. Play Golf at Pinetop Lakes Golf Course in Summer and Fall. Fine dining and casual dining restaurants are available close to Pine Spruce Cabin.
The cabin was professionally decorated and is in the community of Top of the Woods. The Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen areas are roomy and comfortable, open with lots of windows and include table seating for 4 with a bar counter adding additional seating for 2.
The spacious kitchen includes Granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, all cooking utensils and plenty of dishes and glassware. The cabin has a front deck with two comfortable Adirondack chairs and a large roomy back deck with patio furniture, 2 tables that seat 6 and a gas bar be que grill.
Wifi internet is included throughout the Cabin with a Smart Television in each bedroom and the Great Room.
There are 3 bedrooms in the split floor plan with 2 baths including a Brondell Bidet Toilet in each bathroom and a soaking tub in the second bath.
Pine Spruce Lodge sleeps 6. The Primary bedroom has a roomy King Bed and the additional guest rooms each have a Queen Bed with Smart televisions ready for you to sign in to your favorite app.
With so many outdoor activities to experience in the Top of the Woods Community, you can relax, slow down and enjoy life in the Pines.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When checking out at the end of your stay, please dump all trash from the house in the white trash can bag in the kitchen and take the tied up bag to the Blue trash can out front.
Please take all used linens off of the beds and used towels and place them on top of the washing machine. Do not wash any of the used linens or used towels.
Stack all dishes that have been used in the Dishwasher. Place the Dishwasher pellet (Found under the Kitchen Sink) in the Dishwasher and run it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Park on the Paver Driveway in front of the garage. Up to 4 cars can park on the driveway in front of the house.
Do not leave food or trash outside the cabin unattended or in your vehicle. There are wild animals around. Do not feed any of the wild animals.
Dump all trash bags in the Blue trash can by the garage. The trash can is to be taken out on Monday night for pickup on Tuesday morning around 7 am.
