About this property
Yeti Lookout at Eagles Nest - Pet Friendly 4 Bedroom with Hot Tub and Mountain Views
Escape to the serene beauty of the High Country and indulge in the ultimate mountain getaway at Yeti Lookout, nestled in the prestigious Eagles Nest community. Designed with comfort, style, and the outdoors in mind, this beautifully appointed home offers high-end finishes, expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, and beautiful long-range mountain views that make every moment unforgettable.
As you step inside, you're welcomed into an expansive great room where vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings soar overhead, and large windows frame the majestic mountain landscape. Natural light fills the space, drawing you toward the heart of the room — a striking gas log fireplace with a large Smart TV mounted above, surrounded by plush seating perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen and dining area, making entertaining both easy and enjoyable.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a large island for gathering, and stainless-steel appliances. It comes fully stocked with kitchen essentials, ready for everything from morning coffee to a family feast. The spacious dining table comfortably seats ten guests, with additional seating for three at the nearby island counter, creating the perfect space for shared meals and conversation. A convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen, along with a nearby laundry room for added ease during your stay.
The main level features the private primary suite, designed for relaxation and comfort. This elegant retreat includes a king bed, direct deck access, a mounted Smart TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a granite double vanity, custom tiled shower, and a soothing soaking tub — the perfect way to unwind after a day in the mountains.
Downstairs, the lower-level living area is a bright and inviting retreat, with a full wall of windows and sliding glass doors that blur the line between indoors and out. Sink into the cozy seating for a movie night on the big-screen TV, or mix up something delicious at the nearby wet bar—perfect for cocktails, laughter, and a little friendly competition around the shuffleboard table or the Golden Tee retro arcade cabinet. Three additional bedrooms make this level a peaceful getaway for everyone, each with its own TV for private downtime. The second king suite opens directly onto the lower deck and boasts an ensuite bath with granite double vanities and a custom tiled shower. Another king bedroom sits just steps from a beautifully tiled hallway bath, while the bunk room steals the show with its custom-built bunks—two twins over two queens—and a private ensuite that keeps everyone happy after a long day of fun.
Step outside and you'll find yourself immersed in the natural beauty that defines Eagles Nest. The main level deck wraps around the home and provides jaw-dropping mountain views and ample seating to enjoy them from. The covered outdoor dining area anchored by a stunning gas log fireplace is the ideal setting for evening dinners or morning coffee. The fully covered lower deck houses a private hot tub, inviting you to soak under the stars. Just a few steps from the home, a beautifully designed firepit offers the perfect place to gather with friends and family, share stories, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the crisp mountain air.
Whether you're here for a family vacation, a couples' retreat, or a mountain escape with friends, Yeti Lookout at Eagles Nest delivers a truly elevated experience. With luxurious finishes, thoughtful design, and unmatched views, it's the ideal base for your next High Country adventure.
