I used to live in the area, so was familiar with it. The location for travel to North end, Ballard, Downtown is easy. You are very close to bus lines, if you choose that. The house is excellent for a family. There is a yard, fenced, and if you travel with a pet...finding VRBO is not easy. The kitchen was adequate and having 2 bathrooms is a big plus, whether you are just 2 travelers (us) or more people. I didn't catch it was a split level in the description, but as senior travelers it was fine.Really liked having the carport to park in so we didn't have to park on the street.
