The home was great. It was very. The furnishings were great. It was comfortable and easy for our family to stay. Our only issue was the oven. We were unable to figure out how to use it because the digital panel was not working. The office had no suggestions. After lots of googling and trying many things, we switched the breaker off and on to totally reset the oven and were able to get it working.

I’m sorry about the oven and that the office couldn’t offer a solution — I’ll have maintenance inspect the digital panel and repair or replace it as needed, and we’ll add clear oven instructions to the welcome guide and staff notes so future guests don’t encounter the same problem. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.
