3. Check-in starts at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. It is $25 per each hour earlier/later. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
4. Guests are typically not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you`re booking within your city.
5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed.. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy and unauthorized bringing of pets will result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
9. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.
10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
11. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.

The property was not as described and was minimalist in almost every category (heat not working when we arrived, no hair dryer, no pots or bowls to prepare a pasta or a salad, no chest or luggage stand in bedroom so suitcases on the floor, etc.) The host acknowledged the legitimacy of the complaints and committed to address them in the future, but no actual accommodation or adjustment for 449/ night apartment advertised as”resort like”.

Didn’t stay one hour in the place. It’s a partially renovated old apartment complex. Not a resort! Lacked basic necessities. One partially used roll of toilet paper, and not a clothes hanger in the place. Minimal plates and no glass ware. Called the contact person and asked for an immediate phone call. No response so we left and found another place. Have tried to get resolution with contact. No solution presented. I want a refund and VRBO to explain how this place was excepted. I’m a 1st time VRBO
