This property was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect. The owner was extremely responsive. If my family and I need to come back to High Point this will be where we stay.

We stayed here for a night while touring High Point University and really enjoyed our stay. The unit is on the ground floor and has nice views of the surrounding neighborhood backed by lush trees and foliage. The pool was great and a highlight of the trip. And the location was outstanding. Just a few minutes from HPU! I highly recommend the place.

The condo was so much better in person than what the pictures could show. I had my adult children come over for our Christmas celebration and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other for a long weekend. Smelled good, clean, equipped nicely for cooking etc. very nice. Thank you to this property owner!

This was really an apartment, not a condo. The carpet had some stains and there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The host was very responsive and allowed an early check in which we really appreciated. It was a good value however being in an apartment was unexpected.
