I’ve stayed at this VRBO before and that is the reason we stayed again. It was very clean, comfortable and very roomy for my large family. It had Averyquiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, activities and grocery stores. Will definitely stay again when traveling to Frisco.

Located in an adorable neighborhood with plenty of entertainment for children of all ages, making this the perfect home away from home. Everything was thoughfully planned out and considered from the kitchen utensils to everyday necessities. My kids were obsessed with the bunk beds, hammocks, campfire smores and big tub! Hosts were very kind, welcoming and helpful during the whole process of booking all the way to check out.

Dylan was great at communicating prior to our trip and during. The house was clean and spacious for my family and I when visiting. The welcome book was great and had recommendations for places I hadn’t previously searched myself. The drive to local restaurants was easy and the neighborhood was clean and safe with friendly neighbors.

The booking was easy and the owner host stayed in touch with us every step in detail. I had a few questions and he was prompt to get back with me. The house was very nice. The grandkids enjoyed the pool table for hours! The property very close to restaurants and the commerce center where we had cheer competition for my granddaughter was only a few minutes away. Would definitely stay here again if we were coming back this way!

Pros: Great location, easy check-in process, neighborhood was very quiet. My kids loved the fire pit for s'mores.Cons: We experienced the same issues as the previous guest (broken air conditioning, roaches in the kitchen, bugs in the master bathroom, inability to leave the fan on in the bunk room without the light, broken baseboard just sticking out in the kitchen, etc.). The bunk room was very hot and stuffy. I am honestly shocked by so many amazing reviews of this property. Prior to check-in, I was notified that the host had "just found out" that the downstairs a/c was broken and would be repaired the day after we arrived. The previous guest also noted the broken a/c, so this was certainly a misrepresentation. They placed a portable unit, which seemed to cool okay but was extremely loud. I was willing to put up with this for a night, but after not hearing anything all day on Monday, the host finally got back to me late in the evening that the part had not arrived so the repair would have to come later. Had I known the a/c would STILL not be touched on Tuesday, I would not have even stayed here any of the nights. We ended up checking out a day early after experiencing so many problems. The a/c repairman was arriving as we left, and he said, "I hear you were uncomfortable - if I had known, we would have come sooner!" which suggests another misrepresentation. The host was polite in his responses, but anytime I mentioned an issue (e.g. roaches), the response took all day.

Before your arrival, we were informed that the downstairs A/C issue had been repaired. After you checked in, we learned additional repairs were still needed, and we immediately coordinated with our property management company and HVAC contractor. While waiting for the required part to arrive, a portable air conditioning unit that had been placed in the home prior to your arrival kept the downstairs living area cooled until the repair could be completed. Regarding the insects, the home had received its routine professional pest control service just two days before your arrival. While it's not uncommon to occasionally see insects immediately following a treatment during Texas summers, we understand your concern and arranged for an additional service after your departure as an extra precaution. We also appreciate you bringing the damaged baseboard to our attention so it could be repaired. Our goal is always to address any issues as quickly as possible, and we're sorry the repair timeline did not meet either of our expectations. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to providing every guest with a comfortable stay.

The host was excellent. These days you so often book a rental that's owned by a corporation and you can't easily get in touch with anyone. That is not the case here. Dylan was super responsive and there were no real issues. This home suited our needs perfectly! We had the maximum guests with two families staying here and it worked perfectly. The cousins all enjoyed the game table and we set up the corn hole in the garage and had some competitions. It was also easy to prep and prepare meals and room for everyone to eat. This was probably one of our top VRBO experiences because it ran so smoothly!

We were uncomfortable the whole time we stayed due to the air conditioning issue. The host sent a portable air conditioner. Location was still warm. We have asthma and that was an issue. I also learned the the issue with the air conditioning started Thursday. We were not made aware of this prior to check in. There were dead bugs in the master bath tub. Large roaches also crawling around the home. My family also had issues with the bunk bed room. They had to sleep with the light on because that was the only way the ceiling fan would work.

Regarding the bugs, Texas summers can occasionally bring insects indoors, but we understand your concern. We’ve already scheduled an additional pest control treatment to help prevent future issues. The bunk room ceiling fan does operate with the light switch in the off position. Had we known you were having trouble with it during your stay, we would have been happy to help troubleshoot it right away. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
