Guest will be given a door code to access the property that will activate at the start time of their booking and will terminate upon the check out time.
To keep the home clean, family-friendly, and allergy-safe, we are a pet-free home. Trained service animals are welcome by law, but must be crated when unattended. Guests are responsible for damages.
THE EDDY HOUSE is a hard-alcohol-free property. Beer, wine, and champagne are welcome in moderation, but distilled spirits like vodka, rum, tequila, whiskey, bourbon, and gin are not permitted.
