The open-concept kitchen is stocked with everything you need—brand-new stainless appliances, spices, oils, and cookware—plus a dedicated coffee bar with coffee and tea provided. Whether you’re making breakfast before a day downtown or sharing takeout after a concert, it’s the perfect place to connect over a meal.

Bedrooms
Upstairs features three bedrooms: a serene king room with board-and-batten detail, a queen room with a workspace and slat-wall design, and the third bedroom features a full bed with a relaxing sage-green wall and wood slat headboard. Downstairs, the spacious double-full room showcases a custom mountain mural, ideal for friends or families. Every room includes blackout curtains, plush 100% cotton bedding, storage, and thoughtful touches of comfort.

Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms – one on each level of the home. Each full bath is bright, tiled, and well-equipped with hotel-style amenities. Upstairs features luxury blue shower tiles and a tub-shower combo; downstairs offers crisp white tile, extra guest supplies, and both include soft 100% cotton towels and black makeup removing cloths.

Basement & Game Area
The lower level offers a large sectional sofa, smart TV, game table with bar stools, and plenty of entertainment—from board games and cards to a magnetic bottle-cap dartboard. This space also connects to our ultra-fast fiber internet for streaming or remote work.

Sauna & Wellness Space
Just off the lower bathroom, unwind in the dedicated wellness area with an infrared sauna, robe hooks, bench seating, and a calm spa vibe. The perfect spot to recharge after exploring Minneapolis or catching a show.

Outdoor Space
Step outside to a private, fully fenced backyard on a quiet dead-end street. Enjoy the fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and patio dining area surrounded by fresh landscaping. In summer months, you’ll also find sun bathing lounge chairs, cornhole, and a BBQ grill—your own backyard retreat minutes from downtown.

Parking
On-site parking is free and is available directly in front of the property. This is a quiet residential dead-end street, so please be respectful of neighbors and try to only park in front of the property. Please note that Minneapolis STR Ordinance limits each stay to only 2-cars.

Pet-Friendly Property
Traveling with your pup? You’re welcome here! We happily host well-behaved dogs with prior approval, so your four-legged family member can join in on the fun. A $150 dog fee per stay applies and will be requested via VRBO after your stay, if not charged at time of booking. For the comfort of all guests, we’re unable to accommodate cats at this time.
