The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels, in the washing machine - add laundry soap and start the washer on your way out.
Throw away any leftover food in the fridge. Gather all trash and throw it away in dumpster located northwest side of the building.
Load and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
Close all blinds.
Remove sheets from bed and place on top of bed before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY no drugs, marijuana, incense, or candles/open flames. Violation of these rules will result in a minimum $500 charge.
No pets: Unfortunately, pets of any kind are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum $500 charge.
Any additional guest(s) must be added to the reservation or approved by the host in advance.
