The pool area includes an outdoor kitchen, covered patio, shower, and dining space—perfect for barbecues or sunset cocktails overlooking Old River. A private dock with power, hoses, and a fish-cleaning station provides convenient boat access and dolphin watching right from your backyard. A private beach style atmosphere in the backyard where the kids can play while the adults soak up the sun at the pool!

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept main floor with a coastal-inspired living area, an electric fireplace, a huge sectional, and a 75" 4K Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, a coffee bar, and a large island with seating, plus a dining table for ten. Also, bar seating for five!
