Perfect spacious house for multiple people to very comfortably stay. Every bedroom was huge and had their own bathrooms. Super impressive house!

I don't EVER leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to here. The house was beautiful! It could have been such an amazing stay, however - the property management company was absolutely horrific. We booked our stay for 7 days. We primarily booked this place because of the elevator which come to find out was non functional from day 1. We had 4 senior visitors with us, all 4 of which would have greatly benefited from the elevator! We reached out 4-5 times within the first 24 hours with no response. No text, no voicemail, nothing. When we arrived the cleaning crew was cleaning for another half an hour before we could enter. We let the company know, but of course nothing. To be fair - I reached out to their team privately in an effort to try to make this right as I am very against going public unless I feel it will negatively impact another visitor's stay - which is why I had to say at least something. When you pay over 20k to stay somewhere you expect premium service - you will not get it here.
