There are two terraces with dining and sitting areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, an evening meal or just cocktails. The rooftop pool and deck offer stunning 360 views of the ocean, Romantic Zone, Old Town and the surrounding mountains. What makes this property unique
The apartment is steps from the beach, cozy and comfortable, close to everything, really an ideal location, hi speed wifi, the air conditioning works great, the terraces are fun to sit on and watch as the PV world goes by. Or you can pick the terrace that looks onto the gardens and the fountain for a little chill out too. But most of all the beach is literally a 1/2 block and there is so much to do within short walks of your location that it makes all the minutes you are there count!
