Step outside and you’re right on the sand — no roads to cross, no crowds to fight. Just the sound of the waves and an uncrowded stretch of beach that feels worlds away from the busy areas of Myrtle Beach.

Inside, the space is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for relaxing stays. The open living area features coastal décor, plenty of natural light, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Slide open the doors to your private oceanfront balcony, perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, and listening to the waves roll in.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Primary suite with a plush king bed and private en-suite bathroom
• Second bedroom with two twin beds — ideal for kids or additional guests
• Queen sleeper sofa in the living area

- Other things to note:
1. Only one parking pass is available (no cost). There are nearby lots that allow additional vehicles to park overnight. We have no affiliation with those lots.
2. This condo is on the 3rd floor, which gives a beautiful ocean view but is accessible via steps only.
3. No pets are allowed via HOA. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a $250 fee.
4. These condos do not have w/d in the unit but there are facilities in the building that accepts coin and app pay.
5. The condo sleeps a max of 6 guests comfortably.

As a family owned condo we love to cater to other families. We have a highchair, baby tub, pack & play (with sheets) and baby diningware available upon request. We also have swim towels available upon request, if needed. Beach toys & a small cooler is available in the master bedroom closet for your use, along with some beach chairs (2-3 chairs)
