Sleepy Valley Sanctuary with pool, hot tub, steam shower, workout room,OHV close

A perfect place to reset - outdoor adventure with luxury amenities! Located near Rowher Flats, the Pacific Crest Trail, Vasquez Rocks, and Agua Dulce Winery, it offers easy access to hiking, off-roading,convenience to Magic Mtn, skiing, LA, and major attractions. Inside sit by the fire and enjoy a cup of our on site, custom, on site, roasted coffee. Everything you need is here-a private workout room with steam shower adjacent, fully appointed kitchen, and laundry room. Outside, enjoy the pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and lawn games, or access miles of hiking trails and rock climbing just down the street. Two bedrooms both offer king size beds, with one bedroom offering an additional fold out sofa bed, and the other a portable crib. A queen size murphy bed and futon type mattress adds additional sleeping space in the living room. We have tried to include all the comforts of home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
*Please note- this house is its own space without shared facilities except for parking and walkways and occasionally the pool. However it is attached to the main house.
* Jacuzzi is heated upon request and takes 45 min-1 hr to heat. One heat up is included in rental period. Each additional 2 hr heat up is $25. A longer heat up can be arranged with additional fee.

Please leave used towels and robes on the floor in the bathrooms. Please take additional trash that doesn't fit in the trash cans with you. There are three trash cans at the gate that you can use.

Please let us know when you've checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We ask that you keep noise levels down and please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8 am. Do not use steam shower after consuming alcohol.
No extra guests beyond your reservation. Violation will result in a $500 fine and cancellation of reservation and your removal.
Pool and hot tub- Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Use at York own risk. No lifeguard on duty.

We're all very thankful that we found this lovely guest house in Sleepy Valley! It is very comfortable, well equipped and beautiful inside and out with plenty of amenities to keep us all happy and comfortable. Also, Bonnie was the perfect host!

9.5/10It was a very nice place, we loved the steam shower and cleanliness. The hosts were very accessible and quick to help. My only issue was I didn't realize this wasn't a stand alone unit, it's the lower level of a residence. The hot tub is heated on request so it takes a bit and doesn't seem to be as hot as expected. Other than that it's in a very nice area and overall was a good experience.

Thank you for drawing our attention to the fact that the property being attached to the main house needed to be highlighted again. We tried to show that in the photos, and in the rules, however there isn't a clear spot to do that in the VRBO app. We have updated the description so there is another area that shows that it is in fact attached. We are sorry that the jacuzzi wasn't up to your expectations. It was heated to 101 degrees during your stay, but we can increase that upon request. We are glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay.
