This quiet subdivision is in the perfect location, small and walkable. Close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, The University of South Alabama, hospitals, parks and churches.

What makes this property unique

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home is airy, spacious, very clean. Having a connected garage and fenced in backyard is a wonderful plus.
