3 exterior steps + 9 steps down to the basement

Low ceiling height in some areas (ideal for guests under 6ft)

As a basement apartment there is some noise transfer from the upstairs unit. We have taken additional sound proofing steps however it’s an old house with some creaks in the floor we could not get out.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the location convenient, the bed comfortable, and that I was attentive to your requests during your stay. I was surprised to read some of your concerns, as they were never brought to my attention while you were here. I make a point of checking in with guests and repeatedly encourage them to let me know if anything needs attention so I can address it promptly. Regarding cleanliness, the suite is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every guest arrival and again after each stay. Had any specific cleaning concerns been communicated during your visit, I would have been happy to address them immediately. I would also like to clarify the statement regarding privacy. Any access to the property was communicated in advance, and I kept you informed every step of the way. At no point did anyone enter the space without prior notice or communication. As for amenities, the listing clearly describes what is included in the suite. The location of the bathroom and the kitchen setup are accurately represented in the listing details and photos so guests can make an informed decision before booking. During your stay, the only requests you communicated were for a hair dryer and additional heat. I provided a hair dryer and purchased a heater to make your stay more comfortable. No other concerns were raised despite multiple invitations to let me know if anything needed attention. I genuinely strive to provide a positive experience for every guest and am always willing to help when concerns are communicated during the stay.
