The rooms are just as advertised with a fully stocked kitchen and roomy living room with large screen TV. Beds are comfortable and parking is easy.

Great location and perfect for what we needed for a golf getaway

Stayed at the property with friends for a golf getaway. This property was at a perfect location right near a bunch of the golf courses that we wanted to play. It is close to a lot of restaurants and to Broadway on the Beach. It was nice and clean, nicely furnished, the checking process was easy and there was great communication with the contact person. The complex had nice pools and hot tubs to enjoy.

The condo was super clean, has an excellent location-it’s super close to everything. The location is quiet with plenty of parking. All of the amenities were provided and the beds were super comfortable! We would definitely stay here again for any upcoming trips to Myrtle Beach!

Overall, this is a comfortable condo that is fairly well stocked. It was showing a little wear and tear from the summer season, unfortunately, but hopefully that will be taken care of when the season winds down. The complex is nice and quiet, and is located away from the Myrtle beach front craziness. It looks like they either tore out or are putting in a golf course surrounding it, so there could be construction going on for a while.

We were in the area for baseball. Great location. Pillows are terrible, beds are noisy and uncomfortable. Kitchen utensils are cheap and pans are terrible if u plan to cook. The carpets and floors are disgustingly dirty. The house is nice and the couch is comfy. Our boys were told they couldn’t be outside unless with an adult. They were also not allowed in the hot tub as they were not 16.

Great vacation

Property manager was very nice. House was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable my family and I did not have any trouble adjusting. Neighbors were nice. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. Everything was close and convenient 10-15 minutes.

The location was nice with a lake, swimming pools/hot tubs, tennis courts, golf course. The condo itself was nice. However, cleanliness of the towels/linens offered were not up to standard. We had to request clean towels/linen. The contact brought items as requested once she purchased the items. The patio was totally unusable. It was dirty, carpet was in terrible condition, and needed to be power washed.

4th of July

Check-in process was easy. Once we arrived we found that there was some stains and areas that were damaged. I took pictures and promptly sent to our host Brittany . She informed me they had a bad checkout prior to us. So there was no worries. We enjoyed our stay and loved the fact we had a free daily state park pass. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Condo, good location - terrible living room furniture

If it wasn't for the horrible furniture in the living area, I would be giving this property a 5-star rating. However, the LR furniture is so bad it's basically unusable. When you sit in it you sink down about 12 inches. We had a 6'2' physically fit waterskiing champion had to roll over to get out of the sofa. We sat on the kitchen chairs to watch tv most nights. Other than the furniture, the condo was basically as advertised. The owner and maintenance reacted right away after we had an issue. The condo is large and is in a very good location. If the furniture were upgraded, I would rent this property again but obviously not with the current living area furniture.

Our South Carolina vacation.

Very clean and well kept condo. Water system needs to be worked on a little. Water in kitchen sink never was hot enough to do dishes. And overall water pressure wasn't enough. Condo had a nice home like feel to it.

This was a lovely stay

First of all, the condo is beautiful, clean and thankfully on the 1st floor. It is in a great location, not far from shopping and the beach. Considering Covid, it was a great option for cooking, with great accessories. We would definitely come back and share this location with family and friends.
