Newly remodeled small home in the charming town of Winter Park, Florida. This is an older home with many updated and decorative touches. Very comfortable and cozy. There are only 5 rooms, plus a closed-in front porch and a screened-in back porch.

New vanity, sink, toilet, and fixtures. The eat-in kitchen seats 4, with plenty of cabinet space and a convenient pantry cabinet. There is a table on the back porch that seats 3 for outdoor dining.
