When my family and I walked into the house, it smelled incredibly fresh with a clean pine‑sol scent. The restrooms and bedrooms were spotless. Communication was excellent, and I always knew what to expect for both arrival and departure. The location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of stores and fast‑food options. The entire house was well kept and welcoming.Thanks again!!

This property was not much more than a place to lay your head. It was dirty, the walls and baseboards are nasty and there were dirty wash clothes left behind. The beds were all rock hard and pillows are paper thin. The furniture was incredibly minimal, not even bedside tables to charge phones, set my glasses and set out meds for the morning. This property unlike almost every property I have ever stayed at, did not have a welcome book to help us with basics like internet codes, trash location and checkout procedures. The owner was very responsive, but we were very disappointed with accommodation. We were also disappointed by the fact that the garage was inaccessible. At least there are cameras on the driveway, but we expected to be able to park in the garage at night.

I tried calling multiple times before check in with 0 success. I reached out to let them host know the remotes needed batteries, no response. The house was not very clean, floor felt oily, my kids removed there shoes and there feet got filthy within 10min. The walls and base board had stains and scuffs. A lot of the towels had previous visitor hair on them. No bbq. No access to the garage, which wasn't helpful. If you have more than one car the HOA doesn’t allow street parking. We weren’t able to use one of the beds. As it squeaked at every movement. Pillows were also extremely thin. Over all if you need the space and a place to sleep this is ok.

Enjoyed our stay in Laveen. Close to shopping & food areas. My main concern with property was that the garage did not work and I was not informed of that issue beforehand. Had several guests, but some were forced to park on the street, which is normally not allowed in an HOA. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay. Roomy, quiet, and overall very nice!
