Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and thoughtfully designed layout:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Guest Room: Two twin beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed
Living Area: Open concept with cozy coastal decor and direct access to the patio overlooking Little Bay
Highlights include:
Private patio with beachy touches — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets
Fully equipped kitchen with essentials for easy meal prep
Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi for relaxing evenings
Washer and dryer available for guest use
This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, plus children (per Rockport’s Short Term Rental Ordinance). Your well-behaved furry friends are welcome too — up to two pets allowed for a small fee!

Guests have full access to:
Private boat slip (please note: no trailer parking on-site; trailer parking available elsewhere nearby)
Sparkling community swimming pool
Tennis and pickleball courts
BBQ and picnic areas for outdoor gatherings

We give our guests space but are always available if needed! Should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, a local contact is available 24/7 to ensure your visit is effortless and enjoyable.
