The villa is located two minutes away from the famous Spiaggetta di Capitana, a coast with the quiet and friendly emerald-green sea and an unforgettable panorama. The accommodation is an excellent value for money for a couple or a small family. You will have a chance to enjoy a nice holiday next to the beach and immerse yourself in a typical Mediterranean environment. This is the area where you will be able to taste local fish, local cheeses with intense flavors, and typical Sardinian condiments, and you can also cook yourself having all the needed ingredients as the fully equipped kitchen will be there at your disposal.
The accommodation, recently built, is well-furnished, with an over 4,000 square meter independent and fenced garden. Actually, the property is ideal for those who are used to bringing pets on vacation.
Inside the property you will find the access the Internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a washing machine and maps of Sardinia. An outdoor terrace offers an ideal venue to enjoy your meals and drinks and also to spend some time sunbathing on the deck chairs.
Cagliari, the capital of the island, is one of the most popular cities in the Mediterranean area known for its history, culture and attractions; it can be reached in just 20-25 minutes by car from the villa. In the summer and spring seasons, most of the nightlife in Cagliari revolves around the Poetto promenade, which is 10 minutes away by car. Here you will find numerous bathing establishments, restaurants, bars, kiosks, pizzerias and discos. Also, as it is close to the accommodation, preferably if you go by car, you can visit Villasimius and the village of Pula.

The villa is located in a quiet area, along the street Via Leonardo da Vinci, Quartu Sant'Elena, close to a provincial road that leads to the famous village of Villasimius. As you drive to the property, you can admire the beautiful Mediterranean landscapes and beaches on your way.
The property has two bathrooms and three shower rooms, with one of them located out in the garden. The house is about 50 square meters with the adjacent living room and a bedroom. The sofa can be easily transformed into a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. The beautiful terrace, where you can always hear the chirping birds, will make you feel immersed in nature.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, satellite channels, radio and offers private parking. A washing machine is there at your disposal as well, in a separate room. In addition, the accommodation has a private dressing area, where you can change and store your clothes.
There is a driveway in front of the house which will lead you to the nearest beach as it is just a few minutes away from the accommodation.
Even if you decide not to use the car rental services, there is a small supermarket in the neighborhood, which is easily accessible by foot - here you can buy all the necessary products.
The 5000 square meter Mediterranean-style garden, which is adjacent to the villa, will make you feel completely close to nature. The highest part of the garden is a perfect spot to admire the magnificent landscape of the area and the sea.

Protect yourself from thieves. Even though the area is very quiet, to avoid unpleasant situations, please always lock all the doors, windows and shutters when you leave the property.
Keep children away from the stove and other appliances.
Please water the plants regularly :)
Keep in mind that when you turn several appliances on at the same time, such as an oven or air conditioning, you might have a power outage. If the air conditioning is switched on, it is advisable not to keep other high consumption appliances switched on, including the washing machine and the dishwasher. If the outage happens, you may find the light counter device at the entrance to the property, next to the first gate. The counter is located on the inside of the small beige colored door.
Do not smoke inside the apartment.
Be mindful of your neighbors; keep music to a respectable level.
Follow the instructions regarding waste segregation. Detailed information is available on the refrigerator door.
Remember to always place some water at the bottom of the electric barbecue to prevent any damages.
It is strictly forbidden for more guests than specified at time of booking to stay at the house.
Leave the house clean and in order upon leaving the property.
Please leave the property before 10 am to allow appropriate time for the cleaning lady to complete her job before the next guests arrive.
