Welcome to Family Tides, our three-bedroom, two-bathroom cozy coastal getaway offers the perfect Oak Island retreat! Nestled on a quiet street, you're close enough to the beach to catch every sunrise yet far enough to enjoy peaceful evenings under the trees. Guests can enjoy our screened in front porch with lounge seating or unwind on the spacious back deck in our fully fenced back yard space. Bring your beach gear, bikes, and more—there's plenty of parking space for everyone (up to 4 cars) as well as space to store your beach gear on the covered porch. Our home is also steps from the intracoastal waterway, perfect for fishing, water sports, or bird watching!

Inside, you'll find an open concept floor plan. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are wide open with vaulted ceilings to give the space an open and airy feel. The living room and dining room provide plenty of space to spread out for the whole family. The living room has a 65" roku tv, super fast wifi, and plenty of games for the whole family.

The kitchen is a cook's dream! Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, and every cooking utensil you can think of! Have coffee your way with a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a french press, and a bean grinder. Guests can enjoy our coffee bar conveniently stocked with flavored syrups, creamers, and more! Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops give the space a modern look and feel and the kitchen island offers additional seating. The adjoining laundry room and storage space is perfect for all your extras and guests are welcome to use our HE washer and dryer with laundry pods provided for convenience.

The primary bedroom features tall vaulted ceilings, a new king bed, desk, smart tv, 2 huge closets, and a large bathroom with double sinks, a separate vanity, and walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms each boast a queen bed and a twin bed, a smart tv and spacious closets, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements and plenty of space for larger groups, families, or multi-family getaways. Plantation shutters throughout the home darken the rooms so everyone can sleep in during their vacation. Bed linens and towels are provided for 8 guests and beach towels are provided in the summer months! All linens are provided by a professional linen service and beds are made with linens prior to arrival!

Out back is a secluded yard, fully fenced and perfect for the kids and the dogs to run and play. The large deck has a gas grill, along with a table and chairs with umbrella. When the stars come out, build a fire in the fire pit and relax in the large, extra-durable Adirondack chairs. Rinse off all the sand in the spacious, private outdoor shower. Pets are welcome in our home! The perfect blend of privacy and beach life awaits!

The beach access can be easily accessed by taking a quick 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive up Middleton Ave. There is parking for a golf cart on the left side of the house by the driveway.
