Villa Havelaar: Family Friendly and Awesome Pool
Gather around the dining area to enjoy laughter and joy of eating meals together. Your full kitchen makes food prep simple with everything you need including a full refrigerator, microwave, range with oven and a coffee maker.
The large pool and Jacuzzi can be heated upon request (extra charge). Around the pool there is ample room and enough pool side seating and lounge chairs for the entire family.
This home is located in small neighborhood with easy access to the Withlacoochee State Bike Trail.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
