Freshly Renovated Pool Home - Close to Crystal River

Ranch style pool home with circular driveway and fenced yard. This home has just been remodeled with new kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, new flooring and fixtures. It has a huge caged, salt water pool (NOT HEATED) for those hot summer days. Lounge chairs for sunning and pool towels provided. Covered lanai area for outdoor dining with BBQ grill. The home has a semi open layout with living room, kitchen, family room for additional sleeping space. It has a large master bedroom with a walk in shower and closet. Great outdoor space with a fenced yard for your children or pets. Very close proximity to shopping and dining and a short ten minute trip to Crystal River for some fishing, boating and manatee adventures! Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($75/ week or $200/mo per pet). The home is equipped with exterior cameras, please do not disconnect this system during your stay.

We were mostly here to sleep between golf rounds so it worked well being close to Black Diamond. It’s an older house in a neighborhood that seems a bit run down but we had no issues. Clean house and everything worked. We never went out back or used the pool so can’t attest to any of that.

Fabulous vacation home

The home is very nice and has absolutrly everything you need. The pool is absolutely amazing & the enclosure keeps the bugaboos away. The home is in close proximity to every adventure in the area, the beach, Crystal & Rainbow river, swimming with manatee. The property manager met all our needs promptly. We had a wonderful time & will definitely reserve this perfect home again.

This property was very nice and comfortable, well equipped and squeaky clean. The surrounding neighborhood is nice as well. We went scallop diving in Crystal River so it was close to that area as well. Donna is communicative and very friendly

Wonderful communication

We had amazing communication with the owner from the time we booked (3 months ago) through the entire length of our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool daily which was a great way to spend our evenings after dinner. Everyone was comfortable with the house (even the fur babies) and the accommodations and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you for a great place to stay on our family vacation :)

The house was nice and had plenty of room. The owner was quick to respond to the texts I sent. The primary bathroom could use some work which the owner was going to do when we checked out. The house has a beautiful pool (unheated) which we were unable to use because it was cool out. Overall it would be a nice place to rent.

Clean with newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms

We stayed here as a family of 7 while visiting my father in law who lives in a senior living space nearby. It was a good location, convenient to grocery, restaurants and not far from Crystal River and Homosassa. Kitchen was well stocked and newly renovated. Home was clean and Donna was very communicative and helpful. Loved the large kitchen table for playing family games. We were not in the pool area because it was too cold and the pool isn't heated. It looked nice from inside. Nice space for the pricepoint.

The pits

When you use the term “freshly renovated “ that should mean the entire house not just part of the kitchen. The house outside should be appealing. All we saw were old chairs with cobwebs under them ! Upon entering the home I see furniture that my grandmother had!!! We put bed sheets on the couch we were afraid to sit on them! The bed pillows were flat like pancakes! I tried to close curtains but they were too short??? I took shower in the master and almost killed myself. There was NO shower bar or rail or anything to hold on to ! The lanai enclosure was dirty old and run down. The screens and fan were black. There was also no working lights by the pool. The pool furniture was ancient and falling apart. The reason for the trip was for our daughter’s wedding ! There was no iron to freshen up our clothes. I did find an a d dirty ironing board in the Gararge. No lights in the Gararge . The kitchen utensils looked like dollar store items and cracked . Could not find many utensils. The toaster did not work and the bbq grill was full of grease. I could go on @ on! This was a horrible stay. I wrote to the owner but no response! Other than the wedding this was a horrible trip!

Relaxing

Our stay was very relaxing, quiet neighborhood. There did not seem to have a family living on either side of house or behind. The access to the pool without any worries was very simple 2 points of entry. When we came out we would run straight to garage to dry or change…. There are no cameras inside the garage nor inside the house… very thankful for! The house is close enough to anything you would ever need with over 2 grocery stores and fast food/restaurants. House was super clean, couches were very comfortable along with the dining chairs! Tv in every bedroom and living room. Kitchen has top of the line appliances super clean. Kitchen is stocked with spices, oils, flours and sugars. They also have a Keurig stocked with varieties of coffee to choose from. If you rent here you will NOT be disappointed! You have a cell phone number to text with “any” problems or issues; their response is immediate!! Wonderful place to stay!

Why they chose this property

This is a newly renovated home with a private pool (was the first home I lived in when I relocated to FL), it has a great floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, private garage for your bicycles (if you want to bring them), fenced yard. It is a 3 minute drive to Winn Dixie or Publix and local restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the Crystal River and Gulf of Mexico where you can go fishing, boating, swim with the manatees, etc.
