Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of all used towels and kitchen towels before you leave. Make sure to take all pool toys out of pool. Please watch how many beds your kids use, don't let them hope bed to bed please
Parents, please make sure all the games are back together and where you found them, its takes an army guys:) When stripping beds, only strip the one you used. Please read the book on FULL checkout.
Please make sure all trash is out by curb, even though it may not be trash day when you leave. If you had a dog, there is a pooper scooper out back by the light post, please patrol the yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take all trash to curb before leaving, even if its not trash day.
No parking on septic in front of house, you can use side in front of gate only if needed. It is marked with markers. Pick up after pets please

Excellent property!

The property was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. The star of the show is the heated pool and outdoor space! The host has thought of everything in terms of out of town guests. Lots of information about the area and the kitchen is well appointed. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Big Family Vacay!!

Clean, spacious woth plenty of bathrooms for 12+ people. Awesome pool that everyone played in. Close to shopping and fishing. Will look this property up next year!!!

Crystal river scalloping

The property was nice for family and friends with a pool and large back yard. The host was respnsive and very polite. It was 10 minutes from a boat ramp on crystal river

Great place to stay!

My family had a great time here, owners are easy to work with & it’s great having a place the whole family could stay in comfortably. Only complaint would be no toilet paper or paper towels & main bathroom doesn’t flush well you have to hold down the handle until it’s going down. I would most definitely do it again!

Loved our stay

Communication with Sabine was great! House is older but very clean. The pool was the best part. Perfect temperature and the patio had plenty of chairs and tables. Fenced yard was loved by our dogs and we loved being able to bring them with us.

Sabina is a top notch host! The property was better than described. Provided more than most listings. House has a lot of space and pool is great. Highly recommend booking! Is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the marina.

Great visit!

Sabina was a great host and her property was the perfect fit for our family (6 adults and 6 kids). The property was just as listed! The house had plenty of everyday essentials for kitchen and bathroom and bedding. A totally functional space for our stay! If you’re in town for scallop season, or just to visit; you won’t regret your stay here!

winter getaway

House as listed quiet neighborhood. Pool heater wasn't working part of our stay. Host was right on it but it takes days to heat back up. Beds were uncomfortable, towels were ratty and stained. Used kitchen sponge upon arrival and dirty potholders. Buy the extra insurance and bring your own towels!

Great family home

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean, spacious and had plenty of everything we needed. Plenty of forks/knives/plates and towels/sheets. Lots of games and fun surprises. We truly had everything we needed. The pool was great and my little ones enjoyed the arcade machine!

Perfect family getaway

We were two families of four staying here for spring break 2023. It was perfect! It felt more like you were staying at a friends house rather than renting a stuffy home on the internet. It had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool and were in it every day! The house was clean and spacious. We would stay here again.

Relaxing stay

Sabina was great to work with. The house was perfect for our family which includes two German Shepherds, the yard was secured and private. The pool was comfortably heated. The house was stocked with spices and miscellaneous items like towels, dish soap and laundry dryer sheets. We really enjoyed our time.

Great house and location

This was a fantastic house. It is a great location and it had a nice backyard with plenty of space. We enjoyed our visit but unfortunately we still will have to give 4 stars because all but one of the slot machines were broke, the waterfall to the pool was broken, and the cleaning service needs to be changed. We had 12 guests staying and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Second time’s a charm

Love!!! This home, second time staying there and I absolutely would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay at a home that feels like home. Sabina is an amazing host.

Previous tenants left a whole bunch of stuff like used dirty diapers by the laundry in a dryer lint bin, from day 1 to our last day we had plumbing issues where half the house was unusable, which to give the host credit she was very quick to respond to our issues however the plumber stated to us that these were issues brought up to the host months prior. Jacuzzi was unusable due to the plumbing, the pool was left dirty and with confetti from previous tenants. The water got so bad that half the jacuzzi was filled with sewage water as well as the toilets and when my wife went to use the bathroom she ended up sitting on water because it was overflowing and we spent the remaining of that night mopping sewage water from under the beds and two of our suitcases got ruined. Eventually we were told to stay on the side of the house that was working which we did, the last day of our stay was met with guys out front fixing the plumbing from morning up until evening and was again unable to use the water for that day as well. It’s just unfortunate that my wife cleans for a living and we go on vacation for her to have to mop a mini flood that we had no control of because of negligence. All in all, if it wasn’t for the plumbing issues the experience would have been better.

Just right !

We had such a good time & stay ! Place was clean , comfortable & enough room for 8 of us , had everything we needed and very accessible to many things in area. (Including scalloping) the kids & us big kids really enjoyed the pool after being out on the water all day & any given time we wanted to get wet & out of the heat ! Thank you to our great host for for being so wonderful & letting us enjoy their property ! Hope to stay with you again next time ! Thanks again ! From your new Florida east coast friends !

This place was great and super central!

The property is amazing! The location is perfect since we went to kayak all of the local springs. We were less than 20 minutes from 4 different springs. The house had everything we needed. The property owner was phenomenal and communicated very well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the decking, tile, and lip around the pool is VERY slick. The check-in process does warn you of this issue, but they really mean it is really very slick. My son got out of the pool and slipped immediately causing 5 stitches in his face. The local hospital is also amazing. So to summarize the property is beautiful, the house had everything we needed, very centralized, but just a caution concerning around the pool.

House was not clean, sheets were full of Hair, Pool was full of Hair. Home needs cleaning. Not enough essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel, Dish soap. Had to purchase toilet paper, watered down the dish soap.

Enjoyed the week

The house is very spacious with plenty of room for a bigger family. The out door screened in patio and the wonderful swimming pool are absolutely fabulous. Regine is a great host, very friendly and responds promptly. Had a great week at this rental!
