Charming 1-bedroom "glamping" cottage in peaceful Chapin [see description below]

Chapin is waiting for you at this private 1-bedroom cottage. This small 'glamping cabin' features a comfy queen bed, heating, and AC. Enjoy the concept of camping inside a finished space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or just needing some reprieve from your drive (only 2 mins off I-26). Great location for commuting to VC Summer or Lake Murray. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage.

*NOTE 1 [from the headline flag]: In keeping with a camping experience, the bathroom is SEPERATE, inside the main residence house (approximately 190' away) and is shared with other long-term (largely absent or unseen) guests. The listing is priced according to this fact (priced around 30-40% the cost of listings around, as this is an industrious experience, not luxury living). RESPECTFULLY, we ask that you please do NOT book our place if this arrangement is not workable for you. We did not create the listing to have difficulties arising from guests not looking at what they are booking - we created it to provide a relatively cheap option in the area, it isn't our intent to deal with complaints or blame from guests gashing back at us for their failure to pay attention.

*Note 2: WiFi is not provided in the main cabin, only the main house.

*Note 3: Property is equipped with 3 security cameras for your safety.

*Note 4: We are the best choice around for accommodating a big boat if you are trailering. Plenty of space to loop/turn around and oversized boat parking with power hookup. We even accommodated a 47' Cigarette boat recently.

Great place to stay for long trips. The cabin was very nice and furnished with pretty much everything you need. The host was very helpful with the check in process and always responded quickly if I had any questions about the property. 10/10 would recommend.

Was traveling thru the area and needed a place to stay short term. This little cottage exceeded all expectations ! Cute, clean and a great location . Host was very accommodating and gave recommendations for things to do in the area. Will return if I’m in the area again.

With the cabin being perfectly tucked the back of the property and the super comfortable bed I had some of the best sleep I have had in weeks. There are plenty of local restaurants near by and nice little coffee shop right around the corner( 5 min walk ). I had an issue with the mini fridge in the cabin. I spoke with Abel that morning and he replaced the by the time I returned from work. I definitely will stay here on my next visit.
