Located 30 minutes South of Sioux Falls, SD All on one level, offers a country acreage get-a-way for guests.

Newly remodeled recording studio now with a cozy queen bed in the bedroom, a convenient office space with a day bed, and a sectional couch in the living room. There is plenty of space to rest.

Enjoy central air conditioning and heating. The separate living room, full kitchen and dining area are great gathering places. There is a large front yard and a grove for games, bird watching, nature walks, or stargazing. A great place in the country to call home-base while you relax or explore the many attractions in Sioux Falls or all of Southeastern South Dakota.

It is a quiet retreat from traffic and the busy city life. It is a newly remodeled recording studio. If you have a family member who snores, there are three rooms to isolate the sound!
