**Dock Use Policy:
the dock located on the property is a private residential dock intended for limited guest use only. For safety, structural protection, and liability purposes, no more than one (1) PONTOON BOAT AND TWO (2) PERSONAL WATERCRAFT (JET SKIS) may be moored, tied, or stored at the dock at any one time.

**Parking & Vehicle Policy:
Due to the location and road access of the property, RVs and motorhomes are not permitted. Parking on the road is not allowed at any time. A maximum of four (4) vehicles may parked overnight unless otherwise approved by the host in advance.

**Check-In/ Check-Out Policy:
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM. Our cleaning team arrives at 10:00 AM to prepare the home for incoming guests. To ensure smooth transition, late check outs or early arrivals must be approved in advance. Unauthorized early check-ins or late departures may result in additional fee.

**Exterior Security Cameras
For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed and monitor the outside areas of the property, including entrances, driveway, parking areas, and dock. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces.

These cameras are used solely for security purposes and to verify compliance with occupancy limits and house rules. Footage may be used to document unauthorized guests, unauthorized watercraft or vehicles, property damage, or other violations of this rental agreement.
