Just five minutes from Deer Valley's new East Village, this spacious home sleeps up to 16 guests and features sleek design, panoramic glass walls, and five expansive decks for outdoor living. Unwind in the private hot tub or sauna, grill on the BBQ, and enjoy the convenience of a heated driveway—your perfect year-round getaway in Utah's newest luxury community. Beginning Summer 2026, SkyRidge will feature a three-hole mountain course with a par-5, par-4, and par-3, which can be reconfigured into a nine-hole short course. The 310-yard driving range includes 15 hitting bays equipped with Toptracer shot-tracking technology. The facility, built adjacent to Deer Valley Resort, marks one of the first dark-sky compliant golf developments in the area, operating without traditional stadium lighting or netting systems.
