The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Wash & return clean beach towels to hall closet.
• Wash dirty bath towels on the morning of departure, the cleaners will dry the towels when they arrive.
• No need to strip bed linens.
• Remove and dispose of ALL food and beverages from the refrigerator.
• Bag and place all garbage in the dumpster, NOT in the garage garbage container. (Refer to map in this document).
• Remove any streaming apps if loaded on TVs.
• Return the FOB & garage door opener to the kitchen cabinet.
• Return beach chairs, bikes, and sports equipment to where it was found.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
