Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. Pool temperature can vary based on weather conditions, including day and night temperatures, wind, and sunlight, so a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed. The pool heater is set to a maximum of 82°F during winter (November 1–March 31). From April 1–October 31, the pool heater is turned off. Please note these are target settings for the heater, not the exact water temperature. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature drops below 60°F.

👤 Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
💰Nightly Rate – Based on standard occupancy of 8 guests. Additional guest fee of $25 per person per night will apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit of 10 guests. Please ensure to enter the correct count of guests upon booking to avoid confusion.
📋 Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
📝 Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
🐾 PET POLICY Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival: • Pet breed • Weight • Age
⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.
PET FEES Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.
First Pet • $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights) • $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period
Second Pet • $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights) • $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period
Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.
RESTRICTED BREED POLICY Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.
The policy must: • Cover the entire duration of the reservation • Provide liability coverage for the pet • List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured • A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.

I rented the house for our guests coming from New York. They enjoyed the house and pool, and the beaches weren't that far away. They said everything was nice and thank us!

Disappointed but made it work. The yard was not moved, pool had not been cleaned for sometime, a dining light needed to be fixed, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. When we brought it to the attention of the the owner, the good news was the light and pool were immediately addressed. We were able to manage with the beds but for the price, definitely disappointed for what we received in accommodations.

Pictures are better than home. Blinds in home are all broken in just about every room, Dryer broken did not work, No lights in patio area from laundry room, everything very dirty out there too, nothing wiped down, Pool was dirty all of the furniture is old and dirty not taken care off at all, walk way around pool not pressure washed, flower bed in pool area by grill weeds growing through it. Yard needed to be mowed bad looks like haven't mowed in months, beds very uncomfortable, floors needed sweeping. When called manager no one answered I emailed and emailed pictures they answered by next day telling maintenance will be there after I am out. Internet is not good it kept going in and out. Home was cold in kitchen area but all rooms ran very hot at night. This house clearly needs a lot of TLC, The way the house is right now, you can rent for 100 a night tops really. It's not enjoyable and no better than a Mobile 8 hotel.
