This airy Three Bedroom Loft features a split-level loft design over 2 floors with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer spectacular ocean views, where you will feel like you are immersed in paradise from every angle. With a spacious interior comprised of 3,563 square feet of living space, the layout provides open spaces full of light and luxury including designer furniture and soothing marine life-inspired textures and tones to live the ultimate beach vacation.

The first floor has a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and 49-inch flat-screen TV, as well as a full bathroom complete with a rain shower, freestanding tub, double vanity, and bidet toilet. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with a hammock.

Walking out of this bedroom, there is a spacious living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and plush couches to relax on. A full-size chef's kitchen includes state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar and a full dining area that seats up to 8 indoors as well as an outdoor dining area on the terrace.

As you walk towards the staircase that leads to the other two bedrooms, you will notice a half bathroom on the right with a door that opens to the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two queen-size beds.
