Place was clean and well equipped. Really nice accommodations. However, the constant reminders and notes about incurring fees for not emptying garbage, dishwasher, cleaning appliances, etc made us feel like unwelcome guests. For a place that has the highest VRBO fees we experienced, it kinda feels like they could relax a little if all the dishes don’t get unloaded from the dishwasher by the 10am(Sharp!) checkout.

2nd time stayer

This is my favourite place to stay in jindy not to far away from shops and it's very cozy.It's a shame the forest behind has been removed since it ruins the atmosphere a little.

Great location for a summer getaway

Great apartment in a convenient location in Jindabyne. Nice balcony to sit and look into the woods. We had a great time mountain biking and walking to the top of Australia.

Great place, all as described. Only issue was getting in, we were given the wrong code but the owner was very responsive and sorted it out over the phone quickly. Thanks very much, would definitely stay there again!

Incredible weekend away and amazing host

My parents, boyfriend and me visited for a long weekend. It was the perfect, peaceful getaway for us. There was plenty of fun activities with the bike track/walk in the back yard was stunning and track around jindanyne lake, lots of local cafes and fun games in the house. Katrina was a kind and lovely host. Thank you for having us :)

Ideal base

We loved everything about our stay at Whispering Pines. The beds and lounges were super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the heating easy to use and effective. It was the perfect place to relax after days spent skiing. There was enough room to have your own space and we enjoyed the added luxury of having a sauna. We would love to stay again and have already recommended it to friends.

Lovely apartment

Whispering Pines is a lovely place to stay, aptly named as it looks onto a grove of pine trees. The apartment was very comfortable with many extras included. Katrina has put much thought into the inclusions that visitors may need or desire. I highly recommend Whispering Pines to anyone looking to stay at Jindabyne....a perfect location for exploring the alpine countryside!

Perfect base camp for Winter Holidays

This property is absolutely lovely. We used it as a base-camp to go to Perisher via the Bus, and the stop is a close 5 minute walk. It's set out really nice and super clean. I almost don't want to say anything good about this place, so I have less competition booking it next year. ;-)

Overall the stay was OK. Clean, and accomodated 5 people comfortably. Expensive for what you got

Bedrooms were good Bathroom was OK but the exhaust fan was noisy and no heater which given its winter in the snow area was cold. Kitchen was good, but with the amount of money your paying would have expected a decent coffee machine No air conditioning and main heater was on a timer meant you needed keep pressing the button to keep it going, and when you got up in the morning the room from freezing

Sorry for your miss-understanding of the bathroom there is a heater on the wall and switch on power point. There is a heater in each bed room and two in lounge room. Thank you for your feedback

We were only in Jindabyne for a couple of nights, and Whispering Pines was clean, well equipped, comfortable and very close to the lake and to Jindabyne town. Ideal really!

My husband and kids are all skiers and snowboarders. My kids had skied and boarded from a toddler. We all love Jindabyne so much that's why we bought this property and use it ourselves as often as we can. Summer is just as much fun as Winter, we mountain bike ride and water ski and bushwalk in Summer. I hope you love our property as much as we do. We have put a lot of love into it.

Our Kitchen has everything a home kitchen has. We are family-friendly offering Netflix, 100s of DVDs, board games and a Wii console in the 3rd bedroom. 10 min walk to Restaurants pubs and shops. Sauna and the use of two Mountain bikes.

What makes this property unique

Our Apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each booking by professional cleaners. Sauna to warm up after a day on the slopes, also you can mountain bike ride from trails behind our apartment all the way to Thredbo or Tyrolean village
